Requirements to join
✓Valid Denver HVAC license (Class A Supervisor or equivalent)
✓EPA Section 608 certification for refrigerant handling
✓Current general liability + workers' comp insurance
✓4.5+ stars across Google, Yelp, or BBB
✓Documented cold-climate heat pump installs in Colorado
✓Ability to respond to leads within 24 hours
